Davis St. at Hermann Park opened its doors Fall 2014 anchoring the Mosaic, a residential hi-rise located across from Houston’s historic Hermann Park. Davis St. at Hermann Park’s award-winning cuisine was built on reimagined American favorites with unique flavors that propelled it to be a hot spot for Houstonians.
A New Chapter in 2019
Davis Street reopened its doors in August 2019 under the helm of legendary Houston Chef Mark Holley and his team. Pairing contemporary flavors with classic Southern cuisine and pan Asian staples with Latin flavors–Davis St.’s menu reflects the diversity and uniqueness of Houston.

CHEF HOLLEY-EXECUTIVE CHEF
Chef Mark Holley leads Davis Street at Hermann Park with a menu that blends Southern roots with Latin and Pan-Asian flavors. A well-known figure in Houston’s dining scene, he previously ran Holley’s Seafood Restaurant, earning top local honors. His training began at Brennan’s and continued at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans. Davis Street reflects his passion, heritage, and years in the kitchen. His motto: “Keep it simple. Cook with your corazón and make sure it has sazón.
RICARDO INGLES-CHEF DE CUISINE
Ricardo Ingles is the Chef de Cuisine at Davis Street, working closely with Executive Chef Mark Holley to craft dishes and lead the kitchen team. He began his journey with Chef Holley at Brennan’s and later at Pesce, sharpening his skills in top Houston kitchens. Ricardo also played a key role at Holley’s Seafood Restaurant. Known for his bold approach to seafood, he often brings in flavors inspired by his Mexican heritage.
TERESA FLORENTINO
Teresa Florentino, lovingly known as “Mama,” is from Puebla, Mexico and has worked in the restaurant industry since 2000. She began at Niko Niko’s, where she learned to cook, and later joined Chef Mark Holley at Pesce in 2003. Starting in kitchen prep, she soon discovered a passion for baking and created her signature cookies. Today, Teresa works with Chef Holley at Davis Street and also runs her own pastry business.
